The Story of Cotoni
MIXTURE OF CULTURES
COTONI is the symbol of a mix of cultures originating from the confines of Anatolia, Istanbul and Paris; it is inspired by French elegance and know-how, and has been imagined as a result of long experience in Parisian fashion.
INSPIRED BY ZEN
Inspired by the Zen philosophy through its minimalism, its simple and uncluttered aesthetics, COTONI is aimed at everyone regardless of age or gender. Bathrobes inspired by traditional kimonos and caftans, pyjamas and shirts are non-oriented and genderless, with geometric and linear cuts and volumes.
TRADITIONAL BUT SUSTAINABLE
Respectful of traditional techniques and know-how, Cotoni uses noetheless organic or recyled materials when avaiable, in order to participate in the preservation of the environment.
SOFT TO TOUCH
Its selecction of primary materials privileges the touch, lightness and comfort. For its items of clothing, towels and bath mats, Cotoni uses nothing but textiles of the highest quality: The Aegean-type combed and GMO-Free cotton and other products of traditional aerial weave such as gauze, satin of muslin with a palette of neutral colours, reminding of the regions of its designer’s childhood.
